This document includes the terms and conditions that apply to the use of the services and products available through Parvadable.

General Terms

General Acceptable Use Policy

01. Illegal Activity

We strictly don’t allow any Websites or Content that promotes any illegal activity or present content that may damage our servers or any other server on the Internet. Linking such materials is also strictly prohibited. Any attempt made to undermine or cause harm to our servers is strictly prohibited, detection of such things may result in service suspension without prior notice. We hold the authority to suspend your account without refund in case we detect any such malicious activities. Server abuse includes but is not limited to the following. A. CPU/Resource intensive Programs. B. Denial of Service Attacks. C. Hacking/cracking of any kind (This includes exploits). D. Account trading. E. Spamming. G: Transmission, storage or distribution of any information, data, or material in violation of any law or regulation is prohibited. This included but not limited to: copyrighted material, trademarks, or any other illegal content. Examples: Movies, MP3s, Pirated Software, Hacker Programs, or Warez Sites. H: We do not allow IRC on our VPS and Shared servers. We allow game servers on our VPS accounts however they must follow our server resource policy. I: Warez, image/file dump, mirror, or ad services. J: Sale of a controlled substance or online pharmacies. K: Autosurf sites, investment sites, escrow, HYIP, bank debenture programs, or lottery sites. L: Brute force programs, IP scanners, mail bombers, and spam scripts. M: Personal Proxies are allowed Any website found to host child pornography, link to child pornography or exploitative content will be suspended immediately without notice or warning. 02. Service Interruptions

Any service interruptions or downtime due to scheduled maintenance by Parvadable or our network providers will not count towards the uptime guarantee.

• Parvadable is not liable in any way for failure of third party services (Ex. Apache down, litespeed down or any other).

• Parvadable Will not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labour disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of, interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services (including DNS propagation), failure of third party software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies or power used in or equipment needed for provision of the Services.

03. Anonymous Proxies

Anonymous proxies are easily abused and often cause a negative impact on both the servers and the network they are connected to. As such, they're prohibited on our network and servers.

04. Client Agreement

Parvadable provides cPanel hosting, email services, domain registration. All customers should agree on all terms and conditions stated prior to their signing up for any of the hosting plans and services mentioned on Parvadable. You shall agree to use only licensed and legal third party softwares in connection with your use of our services. Parvadable reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided, at any time, or when Parvadable decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

05. Content

Hosting content that promotes any adult content, Video sites & Music sites. And any racism content, it’s not limited to colour, religion, creed or any beliefs will result in immediate suspension of services. You can't use web hosting as a file hosting to store your files. We allowed cron for minimum 15min, if you use for lower then 15min then we have rights to suspend your hosting account.

Parvadable reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone. The services provided by us must be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited.

Any website found to host child pornography, link to child pornography or exploitative content will be suspended immediately without notice or warning. Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Parvadable.

06. Website Hacked

Parvadable will not be responsible if the user's website faces any trouble like hack/virus/data corruption and data loss due to using crack/nulled/GPL etc, unauthorized file sources.

07. High
Usage of Resources

If our system detects your CPU/RAM usage going higher than what we allocated with your plans, then our system will automatically suspend your cpanel without any notice. Meanwhile, Parvadable will not be responsible for any type of loss.

08. Adult Content

Websites that promote adult content, pornography or sex-related content is allowed under some circumstances, contact the support team before including such content. Child pornography is strictly prohibited, in case we find any Child Pornographic content, we’ll immediately suspend your services.

09. Copyrighted Content

If we received any kind of copyrighted content notice by DMCA, then we will take immediate action on it and suspend your Website and account without giving you notice. If you repeat it, we will charge a fine of Minimum 10000 on it.

11. Backups and Data Policy

All our servers have backup equipment (Under managed plans). But we still can’t guarantee that all your material will be backed up. So, please take regular backups of your accounts or data. If you want special arrangements for data backups, kindly contact our support team. For managed shared hosting we have daily backups policy, and it’ll be retained for 07 days. We are not responsible for any loss of backups or data

12. Spam / Mail Policy/ Data migration Policy

If the customers account exceeds the bandwidth limit, we would inform the customer. If the customer does not wish to purchase extra bandwidth or upgrade his account and continues to exceed their limit, the account shall be suspended until the customer takes measures to ensure that the limit wouldn't exceed again or when the account is upgraded, which ever is earlier. The account would be reactivated in the following month.

We don’t allow spam or bulk emailing in any circumstances. You can’t use our servers or any services for bulk or unsolicited e-mails. You can send 350 messages per hour with your account. Subscribing email addresses to any mailing list without the express permission of the email address owner is prohibited.

Parvadable provides migration assistance for shared and managed clients. You can migrate your data quickly to our servers. You have to open a support ticket with access to the old server for migration.

13. Legal

Parvadable holds the right to changes prices, policies, and configurations of any account when needed without any prior notice.

14. Account/Hosting Termination/Restore Charge

All data will be deleted within 07 days if the customer does not pay his hosting bill on time. Parvadable will not be responsible for any data lose.

If the customer hosting plan is terminated and the customer wants to restore his cpanel, then the customer has to pay all due invoices with a restore charge. If old data is available on our backup server, the restore charge will calculate according to your plan, month, disk space, etc.

15. Domain(s)

Domain infringement: You cannot register a domain name similar to a trademarked domain/a domain similar to a brand and is engaged in a business providing similar goods or services.

Domain Registrations: No refund is applicable once the domain is registered.

Domain Renewal: We will send you reminders to renew your domain one month before the expiry. We are not responsible for failure or delay in the renewal of a domain. Once a domain is renewed, no refunds will be given.

16. Billing Policy

If paying via Parvadable Integrated Payment Gateways the account will be setup immediately once the payment is confirmed.

The 14 days money back guarantee is only applicable for first-time signups. Second time and subsequent sign-ups are not eligible for the same.

Refund is not applicable on Domain registration/transfer/renewal, cPanel, Plesk, Control Panel, LiteSpeed, Softaculous, Cloud, VPS, Dedicated Server, Paid Support, SSL Certificates, Sitelock, SpamExperts, WHMCS, Windows OS, SQL, G Suite, Office 365 and any other paid licenses.

The money back guarantee is provided on Shared hosting, WordPress hosting and Ecommerce hosting with more then 6 months plan. No refund will be made if your Service(s) are suspended or terminated. The refund request placed after 7 days will not be processed and you will not be eligible for any refund.

17. Cancellation Policy

Parvadable reserves the right to cancel any service at any time under some circumstances. If the suspension or cancellation of services is done because of policy violation, you are not eligible for a refund at any case. Customers can cancel any service at any time. But no refund will be provided if requested after 7 days of purchase (Refund is Only Applicable for Above 3 Months Plan).

The cancellation request should be sent through client area.

After sending the cancellation request, it would take 5 - 7 working days to complete the refund process.

All the licenses provided with services and add-ons are non-refundable.

18. Late or Non-Payment

If Client do not pay their bills on time, they have to pay an additional amount as a late fee.

Unpaid invoices may result in your hosting account suspension or termination.

We will not activate new orders or activate new packages for customers who have an outstanding balance on their accounts.

19. Free Gifts Policy

Any free gifts or welcome kit provided by Parvadable is only valid on above Rs449 hosting plan. (Various gifts will be distributed to the clients sorted by our team as mentioned in the plan, We do not guarantee that everyone will get it). We reserve the right to dispatch free gifts to any hosting plan holder we want.

NOTE: Client must be our active hosting plan holder for at least 3 months to get free gifts.

20. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion. Parvadable reserves the right to modify / change the terms of service at all times. All clients would be limited by the most current terms distributed on the site.
